Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN staff hired on or after July 1, 2013 with an Associate or Diploma degree must enroll in BSN within two years and obtain BSN within four years.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
• At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Deliver safe and effective care and collaborate with the health care team to achieve results.
• Interact with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
