Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Order Selector to operate electric pallet jacks and use voice-directed picking to build customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. You will stack pallets over 5 feet, label and stage shipments, and work weekend shifts with a 3PM–1:30AM schedule.

Daily duties include safety inspections, accurate product selection, and reporting damaged or missing items. Competitive pay includes $1.50 shift differential and pick incentives.

Qualifications

Able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg) and perform strenuous warehouse work.
Able to work in extreme temperatures with PPE, including -20°F to 100°F.
Must understand English instructions and operate voice-directed picking systems.
Experience in fast-paced, production-driven environments preferred.
Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Operate electric pallet jack ride-along to pick and transport orders.
Use headset-based voice commands to select products by lot and code.
Build safe pallets, often exceeding 5 feet in height, with proper stacking.
Manually shrink-wrap completed pallets for transport.
Label materials, stage orders, and communicate issues to supervisor.
