Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse associate in Sioux Falls to perform loading, unloading, and order fulfillment duties. You will work across Loadout/Freezer/Cooler areas, record-keeping tasks, and ensure product integrity and safety at all times.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of related manufacturing experience, and the ability to pass pre-employment screens. Basic math skills are required for unit conversions and inventory calculations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 6 months related experience in manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Job description

• Performs a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near plant, yard, or work site
• Responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases
• Work anywhere in the Loadout/Freezer/Cooler areas that may be assigned
• Responsible for keeping accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, and scrap sheets
• Report any mechanical problems or product/packaging issues
• Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
