Job summary

Jobtailor in Indiana (Greencastle) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform lift truck operations, material handling, and order fulfillment. The role involves moving materials, loading/unloading, and supporting production and shipping functions on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to multitask, work in a team environment.
• Read, basic math, remember, reason, analyze, organizational skills, and basic computer skills.
• Will require repetitive motion and lifting items up to 40#s.
• Must be able to stay stationary/traverse up to 8-10 hrs. per shift.
• Frequently balance, push/pull, bend, kneel, and squat.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form with other people.
• Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic.
