Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks an OR Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality perioperative care in the operating room, collaborating closely with the surgical team to safeguard patient safety and promote optimal surgical outcomes.

The role involves 3x12 hr nights with weekend shifts possible, schedule described as variable, and no call requirement. Onboarding support is provided and opportunities to coordinate with ARMStaffing recruiters are available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (state-specific).
• Experience in the operating room setting preferred.
• Completion of a Trinity Skills Checklist is required prior to onboarding.
• Additional certifications may be required as per the facility's policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure comfort before, during, and after surgery.
• Administer medications and manage patient care as required.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective communication throughout surgical procedures.
