Job summary

Colter Energy LP, a North American leader in flowback and production testing services, seeks Production Testing Night Operators for our Pennsylvania division. This field-based role involves traveling to work sites about 20 days each month to perform gas well testing duties.

You will supervise nights, ensure equipment readiness, collect data, and complete shift paperwork while maintaining safety compliance and training teammates as needed.

• Communicate effectively with client, on site personnel, day supervisors and operations managers
• Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of data and samples during shift
• Completion of necessary shift paperwork
• Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and willingness to ask questions if unclear
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
• Able to work away from home and hours that can exceed 12 per shift
• Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Day Supervisor, Field Superintendent and Operations Management

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Night Operators in our Pennsylvania division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout Pennsylvania (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties.
