Job summary

ITS Logistics LLC is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to support our brokerage division in Fort Worth, Texas. You will track shipments, coordinate with drivers, and ensure clear communication with customers to maintain reliable on-time delivery.

The role requires at least one year in transportation, willingness to work 7pm–4:30am, and excellent business writing and verbal skills. Strong relationships, grit, and accuracy are essential as you manage shipments in a fast-paced network,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in transportation preferred.
• Ability to work evening and midnight hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with TMS software.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace current shipments in the ITS network.
• Maintain relationships with drivers and provide support.
• Provide timely, accurate communication to customers.
• Review shift handoffs and monitor network status daily.
• Use technology to track orders for on-time delivery.
• Ensure loads are on time and updates are shared as scheduled.
• Escalate delays, losses, or revenue issues through the chain of command.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Division Director and is responsible for track and trace functions of shipments for the brokerage division of ITS. This includes the following:

• Tracking and tracing current shipments in the ITS network.
• Maintaining relationships with drivers and provide support as needed.
• Producing timely and accurate communication to all customers within the assigned network.
• Reviewing and communicating effective handoffs each shift and understanding the state of the network daily.
• Utilizing technology to properly track orders for on time delivery.
• Ensuring loads are on time and track and trace updates are sent per the required cadence.
• Escalating concerns, delays, loss failures, loss of revenue and other issues with shipments to appropriate chain of command.
• Work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in the transportation industry preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evening and midnight hours.
• Good communication skills, including professional business writing, verbal communication, and documentation in TMS.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• High level “grit” with the ability to persevere and manage issues successfully in high stress situations.

Schedule: ~ 7pm-4:30am
