Job summary

G&H Trash Valet Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Nighttime Operations Manager to supervise a team of 15-30+ Valet Techs, oversee staffing, property maintenance, and customer support, and ensure new properties are onboarded smoothly.

You will coordinate with HR, conduct monthly safety training, maintain records, and report to property managers. The role requires flexibility, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; evening and irregular hours are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and people management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and property maintenance: review hiring needs, lead staffing, supervise properties, and ensure training and paperwork are completed before starting work.
• Customer support: respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, maintain communications with property managers, and report issues.
• New property onboarding: assist launches, conduct nightly visits for 2 weeks, coordinate with daytime manager on supplies for new starts.
• Company property: manage monthly warehouse inventory, ensure trucks are stocked, and maintain carts and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned including following company policies and adapting to changing duties.
