Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Night Operations Manager located on‑site in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Night Operations Manager will oversee nightly logistics, manage and support night shift staff, ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, and coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment. The role involves supervising and training team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining effective communication with daytime management to support seamless operational continuity.
