The role requires a BSN (MS preferred), NY RN license, BLS, and supervisory nursing experience, with knowledge of acute care and rehabilitation settings.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required; MS preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• 2+ years acute care and/or rehabilitation nursing required.
• RN licensed in New York (NYS Board of Nursing) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

• Direct nursing services and administrative management of clinical areas.
• Plan, organize and evaluate staffing, education, and in-service needs.
• Recruitment and evaluation of nursing personnel; ensure standards of care.
• Review patient records for documentation compliance and quality care.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance; ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments; communicate status of patients.
• Oversee scheduling, assignments, and shifts; manage resources effectively.
