Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Accurately and timely document resident care and activities.
• Work every other weekend with rotating holidays.

As a Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
