Qualifications

• Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aide Training Program is required.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months required.

Responsibilities

• Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on the unit and assist with daily living activities.
• Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures per hospital policy.
• Interact with visitors, patients and family to build trust and deliver high-quality care.
