AdventHealth in Orlando is seeking a Registered Nurse on the M/S Unit with Telemetry 2 (4S). Schedule: Full Time Nights, 7pm-7am, rotating weekends and holidays. Eligible clinicians may advance through the Clinical Ladder with salary adjustments based on experience and criteria.

The unit provides broad patient care and offers growth into PCU/ICU within the Orlando campus. Requires RN license and BLS; Associate degree is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS certification (Florida may apply).
• 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• Acute care nursing experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead unit staff and oversee patient care on the telemetry unit.
• Mentor and precept new staff and support professional development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with patients and families to coordinate care.
• Perform nursing responsibilities including venous access and infusion monitoring.
