Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate private duty nursing care in patients' homes across Minnesota. You will collaborate with families and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each home setting.

We offer flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN— with days, nights, and weekends options, plus contemporary tools like in-home tablets for documentation and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practice occurs.
• CPR certification (hands-on component) is required.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Must have reliable transportation.
