Job summary

Requires completion of basic nursing education, a valid Oklahoma RN license (multi‑state acceptable), and 0–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Has completed basic nursing education as approved by a state board of nursing.
• Holds or is entitled to hold a nursing diploma or degree.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Document nursing actions and patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
