UCHealth UCHlth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal ICU. This full-time, nights position features a 72-hour per pay period schedule and an hourly pay range of $35.29–$54.71, with a special night shift incentive program.

Qualifications

• RN license required; graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months NICU/Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth fellowship.
• NRP within 6 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required at start; card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process at Night shift.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Precept and guide new staff or learners on unit practices.
• Uphold safety and quality at the point of care and participate in unit protocols.
