ARMStaffing is seeking a NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract night shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week with 24 hours guaranteed, including weekends and a holiday.

The ideal candidate holds 24+ months NICU experience and current NRP and BLS certifications, with vaccines up to date. ARMStaffing offers comprehensive benefits and recruitment support to successful hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience is required.
• Current and active certifications in NRP and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) required upon submission.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a NICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition and report accordingly.
• Provide emotional support and education to families.
