Albany Medical Center seeks a Patient Care Assistant for the Neonatal ICU (B4) on the Night shift. Under RN supervision, you will collect data, provide personal care, assist with procedures such as blood draws and ECGs, and help with discharge progress during the acute care stay.

You will collaborate with Materials Coordinators and maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting family participation in care.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year in health care or completion of CNA course preferred.
• Paramedic/EMT experience preferred.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge required.

Mansioni

• Collects vital signs and health data for the patient.
• Reports abnormal findings to the RN and care team.
• Performs personal care, feeding, hydration, grooming, and mobility support.
• Documents care provided in the patient record.
