Qualifications

• Clean background check and driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs., push/pull and move equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of reliability and punctuality for overnight scheduling.
• EMT certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist EMTs with non-emergency medical transports during overnight operations.
• Safely transport non-ambulatory and mobility-assisted patients.
• Properly load, secure, and unload patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, and safety equipment.
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and professionalism at all times.
• Safely operate company vehicles in low-visibility and nighttime driving conditions.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, sanitized, stocked, and inspection-ready.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospital staff, and team members.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Maintain alertness and readiness throughout the duration of overnight shifts.
