Job summary

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a laboratory technician to perform microbiology tests and assist with specimen processing. You will work 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

Ideal candidates have general lab knowledge, QA/QC experience, and a relevant AS/BS degree in Medical Laboratory Technology; ASCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• General laboratory knowledge and ability to use computers.
• Knowledge of QA and QC; Microbiology or Molecular Biology experience preferred.
• AS or BS degree in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime and rotate 10-hour shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests in microbiology and assist with specimen processing as needed.
• Follow employer policies and work with colleagues professionally; perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
