Job summary

Brown Bottling Group is seeking a Night Merchandiser to build and maintain in-store displays across grocery, convenience, and dollar stores. The role requires driving to multiple customer locations, using a personal vehicle and phone for clock-in and mileage tracking, with mileage reimbursements through payroll.

Ability to lift heavy loads and work in walk-in coolers is required. Weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Obtain and keep liability auto insurance on personal vehicle.
• Ability to read planograms and instructions.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs continuously and 60 lbs intermittently.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Build, merchandise, and maintain all shelf sections and displays to conform to company standards and authorized promotions.
• Secure the best possible selling position for our products in each account consistent with the corporate standards.
• Create, develop, and maintain goodwill in every account.
• Monitor and manage the availability of stock on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Call in all customer requests for additional product or service.
• Recommend sufficient product inventory to eliminate out-of-stock situations.
• Take appropriate action to maximize sales and profit and reduce stockholding whilst increasing stock turn.
• Honor all business and personal commitments to your customers.
• Night Merchandiser needed for our drink distribution company.
