Job summary

Brown Bottling Group is seeking a Night Merchandiser in Brandon, MS to build and maintain shelf displays and ensure compliance with company standards. The role begins at 5pm with some weekends required, and involves travel to various customer locations using a personal vehicle.

The successful candidate will help maximize sales, manage stock on the floor and in the stockroom, and secure optimal product placement across accounts while delivering excellent service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Obtain and keep liability auto insurance on personal vehicle.
• Ability to read planograms and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build, merchandise, and maintain all shelf sections and displays to conform to company standards.
• Maximize sales and profit and reduce stockholding while increasing stock turn.
• Monitor and manage stock availability on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Secure best selling position for products in each account per corporate standards.
• Call in customer requests for additional product or service and maintain goodwill.
