Job summary

Strong Hope Behavioral Health in Salt Lake City is seeking a compassionate Mental/Behavioral Health Technician to join the interdisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting patient engagement, daily functioning and treatment plan goals.

This is a night shift (6pm–6am) with an hourly pay of $18.00–$24.00 plus a shift differential of $3.00–$4.00 for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred; degree in social work, recreational therapy or related discipline preferred.
• One year of related psychiatric care experience preferred.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and certifications (CPR, Handle With Care).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Support patient engagement, daily functioning and treatment plan goals.
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and team.
