The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to assist with medication administration and daily resident care. The role requires empathy, attentiveness, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities include accurate medication handling, cart maintenance, and supporting residents with ADLs. Must be 18+, state-certified, and able to communicate effectively in English.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active state-certified medication aide per guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and empathy with residents.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate records.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care.
