Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson is seeking a Medical Technologist for the Laboratory Department in Festus, Missouri. This full-time night shift position involves accurate, timely lab testing and reporting, with rotating weekends and holidays. AAS degree and MLT/MLS certification (or within 6 months) are required; a Bachelor's degree and MT(ASCP) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree.
• Certifications: MLT or MLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire OR Completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course.

• Evaluate and report test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Mercy Service Standards and provide excellent customer service.
