Saint Francis Healthcare System in Missouri is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform complex procedures for clinical diagnostics during night shifts. This is a full-time role, 72 hours per two-week pay period, with benefits and the typical night schedule described above.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related science and certification (MLS/ASCP/CLS) within 12 months of hire; if the degree is in Biology or Chemistry, certification must be achieved at hire.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related science.
• Certification must be MLS(ASCP)/MT(ASCP)/CLS(NCA) within 12 months of hire (or at time of hire if degree is Biology/Chemistry).
• Maintenance of certification where applicable is required.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Technologist performs complex procedures for clinical diagnostic purposes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology / Clinical Laboratory Science / Biology / Chemistry or related science

MLS(ASCP) / MT(ASCP) / CLS(NCA) certification within 12 months of hire
