Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• High School or Trade School students may be considered if their course of study could lead to full-time employment and they can legally work the hours necessary for the position.
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or MA (Medical Assistant Certificate) preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct/indirect patient care to patients of all ages from neonate to geriatric under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care.
• Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members.
