Qualifications

• 2 years Medical Technologist experience
• Florida MT/Generalist licensure required or equivalent
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise and perform technical, specimen collection/processing, LIS, and general clerical duties in laboratory areas
• Maintain records of performance per SOP manuals
• Supervise MLTs in the absence of other lab supervisors or MTs; may instruct new employees and students
