Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. in Norcross, GA is hiring a Customer Service Technician I for an overnight shift (Tue–Sat, 10pm–7:30am). You will deliver and manage medical equipment to healthcare facilities, engage customers to explain equipment features, and handle documentation for billing and inventory.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers at delivery on features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing and inventory.
