Responsibilities

• Providing personalized care to residents, including administering medications, maintaining records, and vital sign monitoring

• Maintaining a clean and organized environment, infection control and safety standards
• Collaborating with nursing, therapy, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Documenting resident progress, medications, and treatments in a timely and accurate manner
