Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys is seeking a compassionate Med Tech for night shift to ensure residents receive safe medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, document care and progress, and contribute to a clean, infection-controlled environment while building skills in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/Medication Technician cert is a plus.
• 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care including administering medications, recording accurately, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment following infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document resident progress, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately.
