Job summary

LanceSoft is partnering with a respected Illinois healthcare system to recruit an experienced Med-Surg RN for night shifts. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team and includes sign-on and relocation support.

The RN will provide clinical leadership, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality nursing services while collaborating with physicians and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• ADN required (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required.
• Med-Surg experience strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Coordinate patient assignments and support continuity of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians.
• Supervise and support healthcare team members during assigned shifts.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety standards.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and quality patient outcomes.
