Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN for the Med-Surg Unit (MSU) on the night shift in Fort Defiance, AZ. The 20-bed unit serves adult geriatrics and pediatric patients with typical ratios of 4:1 non-COVID and 2:1 for COVID cases.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Candidates need 3 years med-surg experience and 1 year pediatric experience, and must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients.

• Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts; flexible for weekends/holidays; may cover Flu Immunization clinics
