Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care on the Med Surg unit during night shifts. You will use the nursing process and Baptist Health training to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Candidates must be a new RN graduate or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required depending on area; 72 hours bi-weekly and 7p-7a shifts apply.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate or RN in good standing, licensed to practice in Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided.

Responsibilities

• Not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize nursing process and Baptist Health training to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Shift: Night (7p-7a) on Med Surg; 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
