Job summary

• New RN graduate or RN in good standing, licensed to practice in Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS, PALS and/or NALS may be required in some areas; training provided.
• Specialty units require specialty education.
