• Experience leading manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech or regulated environments.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, MSAT, Scheduling and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and manufacturing staff.
• Support regulatory inspections and site cGMP compliance.
