Join our team in Aman New York. East meets West and old meets new. Manhattan's iconic Crown Building is reimagined as Aman New York, where the city's original architectural splendour and Aman's harmonious design language collide, reimagining the inimitable tranquillity of Aman in the heart of Manhattan's midtown. With a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among the largest in the city.

Role

The Night Manager will oversee property operations during the night shift, responding to guest needs and ensuring all standards are upheld. Maintain a secure and welcoming environment, contributing to the guest experience. Provide a supporting role for all fellow colleagues in all hotel areas.

This position has an annual compensation range of $86,000 to $90,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Aman New York's Core Ambitions, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values, Competencies and Spirit daily to ensure Guest and Team Member Satisfaction.
• Support and maintain Aman's belief in ultra luxury standards of service and creating a calm and private and inclusive environment for all guests and Team Members.
• Assist with guest and team member requests, comments, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide detailed overnight handover updates to the incoming leadership team, ensuring seamless continuity of service and prompt follow-up on guest needs or escalated matters.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness, health, and safety standards for guests and fellow Team Members.
• Ability to step in and assist fellow Team Members as directed or necessary to ensure a smooth operation.
• Serve as the primary leader on duty during overnight hours, managing all guest incidents, operational concerns, and emergency situations with discretion and poise.
• Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures as stated in the colleague handbook.
• Ability to support and collaborate with all departments within Aman New York to ensure unity and high luxury standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Job requires a 4-year degree or equivalent and / or progressive experience in relevant position within the industry
• Must have excellent organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Opera PMS knowledge is preferred.
• Represent the property and the management by projecting a positive hotel image through excellent communication, efficient problem solving, and taking responsibility of guest needs
