Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Manager to direct the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will close the store when scheduled, protect property and funds, and monitor staff performance during shifts.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Supervisory experience is a plus, with a focus on customer service and proper cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to train meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct and monitor day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Perform front-end cash procedures: counting, till prep, drops, pick-ups, and tills verification.
• May participate in interviewing and disciplinary processes; no employment decisions authority.

Job Summary

• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
• May participate in the interviewing and disciplinary process, but does not have authority to make employment decisions.
