Job summary

Saver Group in Lexington, KY is seeking a Crew Leader to direct daily store operations in the absence of management. You will open and close the store, safeguard assets, and monitor team performance during shifts.

This role demands reliability and leadership in a retail environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising full-time and part-time staff, delivering friendly service, resolving exchanges and refunds, and handling front-end cash controls with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.

Job Summary
