You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure overnight safety. Proficiency with M3 and Microsoft Office is a plus; previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred; this is a part-time overnight role with a focus on guest service and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Experience with nightly audits and cash handling is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Position Overview: Night Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused Night Auditor/Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee evening operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure the safety and security of our property overnight. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience in a similar role, strong accounting and financial reporting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be comfortable working independently. Proficiency in hotel management software (M3 preferred) and Microsoft Office is a plus. This is an overnight position , and we’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
