Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential beverage manufacturer in the West Memphis area, AR. The role requires leading maintenance technicians on the night shift, driving equipment reliability, and coordinating repairs and planned work to keep production running smoothly.

You will develop the team through coaching and training, focus on safety and preventing breakdowns, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain quality and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and set safety/quality expectations.
• Coordinate urgent repairs and emergency breakdown responses while maintaining planned maintenance.
• Plan upcoming work around technician availability, production schedules, and equipment priorities.
• Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions via root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching, feedback, and safety training.
• Track maintenance performance and completion to reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts availability and storeroom practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams for food safety and reliable ops.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring site safety procedures.
• Manage small maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and support quality standards.
