Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of manual and automated machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to safety, quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building utilities; refer issues as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance with work orders on CNC and manual machines.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize production loss.
• Inspect equipment and report issues; maintain accurate work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area following procedures.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to 5S in the area.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers; support teamwork.
• Perform additional duties and participate in training as assigned.
