Valpak Clipp Manufacturing Center is seeking a Maintenance Lead to guide a team of Industrial Maintenance Technicians during nights (6:00pm-2:00am). The role combines hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with people leadership, prioritizing maintenance, and keeping a fast-paced operation safe and reliable.

You will develop training plans, review work orders, and collaborate with production leadership across shifts to improve equipment reliability and performance for the long term.

Formación

• Five+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience with safety procedures and LOTO.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop Industrial Maintenance Technicians for automated production equipment.
• Plan staffing and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on guidance for mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
• Prioritize breakdown responses based on safety and production impact.
• Coordinate with production leadership to communicate equipment status and repairs.
