If you're an experienced industrial maintenance professional ready to combine your technical expertise with people leadership, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on both our equipment and the team that supports it.

Your day may include prioritizing maintenance work, coordinating technician schedules, responding to equipment breakdowns, assisting with complex mechanical or electrical troubleshooting, reviewing preventative maintenance activities, auditing work orders, coaching technicians, and communicating equipment status with production leadership across shifts.

You'll balance people leadership with hands‑on technical support, helping your team solve difficult problems while building the skills and processes needed to improve equipment reliability over the long term.
