Qualifications

• Two years of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Franchised hotel experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight maintenance to keep ice machines, refrigeration units, air handling units, and other systems operational.
• Provide customer-service oriented support to guests and staff.
• Follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures; weekend/holiday hours may be required.
