Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Night Maintenance team member to work the overnight shift, preparing the store for the next day. You will focus on cleaning floors, keeping equipment spotless, and ensuring the store feels fresh from the moment it opens.

No restaurant experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed and contributing from day one.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept store environment.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work the overnight/night shift.
• No restaurant experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare store for opening by cleaning floors and equipment.
• Maintain spotless equipment and clean spaces throughout shift.
• Ensure the store is ready for the next day’s operations.
