Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the night shift to join our Pearland, TX team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and support recovery in a post-acute, skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include care plan development with interdisciplinary teams, shift reports, and accurate charting, with opportunities for certification and continuing education in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifikationen

• Current TX LVN licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Provide direct patient care, including medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
