Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• 1 year LVN experience required.
• Current Texas LVN License (Vocational Nursing Practitioner’s License).
• BLS certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients in a skilled nursing environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive patient experience.
