HumanGood's Valle Verde community in Santa Barbara is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for the night shift. This part-time and then full-time position on nights supports skilled nursing residents with compassionate care and adherence to the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

The LVN/LPN will ensure safety, coordinate with care partners, and uphold resident satisfaction while working within a supportive team environment at Valle Verde in California.

Formación

• Current LVN/LPN license in the applying state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior or sub-acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to residents and ensure a safe environment.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and monitor delivery.
• Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
