Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking or ERP software.
• Forklift certification or ability to pass company training.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders based on pick tickets and shipping manifests.
• Perform general labor: packaging, material handling, warehousing, record keeping.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products visually and with instruments, adjust processes to meet quality requirements.
• Interpret blueprints to verify specifications.
• Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.
